The Right Way to Complain about Stuff

I particularly liked the advice you gave to think through the problem and find the root of the issue and what you want to achieve. I feel like a lot of contention arises when a person fails to recognize what they are lacking in due to their own choices, or the choices of others and lash out on others. I thought the advice to find additional outlets to relive stress, or venting, through exercise was great advice. When I had a stressful day running helps me detox, but I never thought of thinking of it as a substitute for venting, so next time I need to I am going to experiment with that.
