I have heard of the importance of turning off all electronics before bed, but I really liked the tip of getting out of bed when awake and then going back to your bed right before you fall asleep so your brain associates you bed with sleep. I feel like when put into practice this tip will help me reduce my anxiety about using my time unproductively.
