Pingtung Tourist Area x Godpod
In order to promote the local tourism industry in Pingtung, the Pingtung Tourism Bureau in collaboration with Chinese Industrial Design Association and the Web 3 Internet celebrity “GODPOD” jointly organized the NFT project of Pingtung Tourist Area.
Consumers can go to cooperative stores to create virtual wallets and fill out forms to obtain Visiting-attractions series NFTs. They can also go to the NFT platform to purchase limited NFTs with special empowerment.
About Godpod

The official released two NFTs, the first one is Visiting-attractions series NFTs, there are 5 styles of NFTs and each with 1000 pieces. People can get 5 kinds of NFT drops by filling out the form. The team started dropping on 2022/09/20, and as of 2022/11/18 nearly 200 people participated in this event.
The second type is Extra value VIP PASS NFTs. There are 3 styles corresponding to different functions. Each type is limited to 35 pieces. Consumers who purchase this type of NFT will get another NFT in the form of a ticket. With the NFT ticket, you can enjoy the included special offers from partner stores.
VIP PASS began to be issued on 2022/11/8, and nearly 50 tickets were sold within two weeks. Pingtung Tourist Area combines local culture and innovative technology in a new way to further develop Taiwan tourism.
