Júlio, thank you so much for your response. You hit great points that people coming from outside the LATAM startup scene struggle to understand.

I love how you contrast the second and third point clearly. While I think LATAM gives the world a taste of the future of entrepreneurial policy — the private sector fighting isn’t the only one fighting over entrepreneurial talent, it’s governments — LATAM countries also need to reconcile they have a lot of work before to arrive at a healthy general business environment.
