Kevin, this is late in coming, but this is such a powerful response and one of the best articulations of the problem that we are tackling at aKoma (aKomanet.com). My hope is that we can not only eliminate the apathy, but also provide the world as much African flavor and variety from the untapped and evergreen well that is Africa.
