Really? Like the authoritative tone and fact free bs you spew?

I’m beginning to suspect you’re trolling me. Smith-Mundt was about the parameters of authorization, not NDAA funding. The propaganda the US is known to circulate throughout the world is now available in broadcast quality to American parties in the US, who can then legally circulate this pro-America propaganda among the citizenry. It completely took the leash off of access to government-calliber psy-ops in a nation where corporate propaganda is already a massive problem. In a corporatist system of government, corporate media is state media, and the “modernization” of Smith-Mundt gave the government the authority to hand off these psychological weapons to parties with a vested interest in propping up this corporatist system.
