Inclusive Journalism

--

Learning about Inclusive Journalism I now know as a journalist to take on board the opinions and views of all people from all communities as much as I can. A good way for me to ensure I’m taking in inclusive journalism is for me to become more familiar with other communities besides my own. If a Journalist is only reporting from the view of one group of people this is considered to be fundamentally flawed. A journalist should take on board everyone’s views because “Journalists claim to know what is really happening in society and the audience believe journalists communicate that factually, truthfully and objectively” (Zelizer, 2004)
