Love this series, my friend. Nice break from the nastiness of life right now. I love the idea of a cookbook with their recipes. You ever want to make one, let me know. I am married to one of the best cooks/bakers I know. (He’s only got a few above him on my favorites list — and one of those is his mom.)

Cornbread made outdoors in cast iron over coals. Some of the best eating ever. Almost better than meatloaf or chocolate. Add some honey during the bake or afterwards, almost puts you into heaven right here on earth.
