Board Games Will Save Us
John DeVore

Loved this piece. Played cribbage frequently growing up. (My family was big into card games… cribbage, hearts, rummy, etc…)

I spent 8th and 9th grades in places that took long plane trips to get too. My older sister and I would play mega games of cribbage while flying. We had a little notebook dedicated to keeping the current score. We would play 10 or 15 hands, take a break to read or play something else, then play some more.

If you think two handed cribbage is confusing, be forewarned: There is a thing called “three-handed cribbage.” Immensely complicated. Immensely fun.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
