One of my long-time friends came into town today after being in Atlanta in number of studio sessions with Lil Durk. Street music is taking a back seat to club music by right now but if there’s an artist out here who can elevate the streets, Durk is it.
In case you have noticed he’s been on an continuous music releasing spree lately that’s slightly reminiscent of Future’s 2014 run. He has a sound that rivals his contemporaries but in reality, no one talks to the streets like he does.
