I was the Product Manager at Balloon Agencies. I updated their systems (CRM, marketing, customer service etc.) and migrated their wholesale orders from phone to online. This resulted in a multi-million increase in online sales

The Challenge
Balloon Agencies is a balloon and party supply wholesale business. Originally, orders were made via FAX or phone.
They had a basic online store — however, the information architecture was confusing and the inventory inaccurate.
The website was missing a strategy to acquire and onboard new wholesale customers.
Outcome
During my time at Balloon Agencies I:
- cleaned up the store’s data and merchandising
- fixed conversion issues
- made it easier to use
- helped transition majority of sales from over the phone/fax to online through their store
- fixed their online advertising spend to more efficiently capture wholesale leads
- created landing pages to capture new wholesale clients
