Thank YOU for sharing your wisdom and helping us all face such an anxiety-provoking challenge by providing very simple steps for us to follow. The first time I did the M.A.P.S. exercise was truly eye-opening (it is so easy to veer off-course!) and I've kept it in my back pocket ever since.
