I can’t tell if this is satire or not…. a racing heart is not a healthy thing. The adrenaline that kicks in when one is to hunt a wooly mammoth is in short burtsts- not permanent. In fact the absolute magic of the animal kingdom is indeed that cyclical cortisol (heart racing) spike followed *very quickly* by a complete return to a calm, restful state. I’m not saying this to hate on the carnivore diet, i am infact on day 7 myself giving it a go for the first time. Also, many carnivores i know are pooping just as regular (albeit smaller) than before- in reading your post i have high suspicions that something isn’t working for you. anyways- food for thought.
