Oct 13th, 2014 a Monday, I suffered a Tako-tsubo. It is considered that grief, stress, lack of sleep caused it. Passed the year mark, then Dec 21st, 2015 a Monday, I suffered another heart issue… Just released from the hospital the day after Christmas. Yesterday. I have to wear a life vest defibrillator and new meds… weird. A long ago diagnosed ‘premature arthritis’ is considered to be this cause. It will be a whole year to heal. I don’t know. But I don’t feel pathetic… I actually enjoyed the relative ‘do-nothing time’ it afforded me. The silver lining was that I could post to Medium from my mobile, and did. Good from the bad.
