How some millenials of India are ignorant and uninformed

They value class, caste, language and all the priveleges their parents value.

In the US, millenials are recognizing privelege and challenging and doing away with it. Privelege has been there for more generations than has been in India.

The only side track is that because the US media is so omni-present that when they write about something, it trickles down here too. For example, the conversation on racism is trickling down to India too.

Of course, people are talking about casteism here but how many relate to caste is a question.

But maybe because privilege hasnt’ been around for that many generations — so the generation of your parents just had it (their parents didn’t — they were the generation after partition and independence — they earned money for their needs)
i think it’s pretty dumb on the part of the indian millenial- i’d say arrogant — to continue along the lines of its previous generation — there is no need for them to stick to their privelege. There really isn’t.

There is a need for them to get rid of their arrogance, to humble down and then work.

That’s when our generation would do good.

Are they ready for this?
