Vlogs
Watch vlogs on YouTube of native speakers is an important step. Sure, listen podcast will improve and familiarize pronunciations, but watching someone talking about familiar things is really important. The trick is to watch anything about random subjects, this will make you learn new words, phrases and how to talk about anything.

Practice talking
Last but not ever the least talk alone, talk with other, don’t be afraid.
If you don’t have friends to practice your fluency, start taking notes of words and learn about phonetics and practice more and more talking with yourself.
Write
Try to write what is in your mind, put your ideas on paper or in a blog. Is that what exactly I’m doing right now. ;)
I hope that this post reach you well and help you improve your English.
Cheers.
