How to Purchase Capital DAO Protocol(CDS) Token

We’re very glad to announce that our $CDS token is available to be traded on Uniswap V2. If you’re unfamiliar with using this decentralized exchange, don’t worry, we have you covered. We will provide you with simple step-by-step instructions on how to safely purchase our token, $CDS.

How to Purchase $CDS on Uniswap V2

In order to purchase $CDS, you must first go to https://app.uniswap.org/#/swap?use=V2

Upon launching the app, you see the exchange platform with the option to enter the token pairs you would like to swap. However before you can get your hands on some $CDS, you will need to connect your wallet, which can be done by clicking the “Connect to a wallet” button in the top right-hand corner.

Now you have the opportunity to connect your DeFi wallet. Remember, Uniswap is only compatible with MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet, Fortmatic, and Portis. Please make sure that your wallet network is set to the Ethereum Network.

You will need to put your password in order to unlock your MetaMask.

You are now ready to use Uniswap for trading.

Select ETH as the currency on the top part of the swap, as this will be the currency you will be purchasing with(Of course, you can choose any currency other than ETH). For the bottom part of the swap, paste the $CDS contract address (you can find it down below) and add it to the swap.

Press the “Import” button.

Once both tokens have been entered, select the amount of $CDS you would like to purchase in ETH. Once you confirm both amount, click the “Swap” button.

Please press the “Confirm Swap” button when the screen below appears.

Approve the transaction if the estimated gas fee is acceptable.

All that is left is to wait the transaction to be completed. Congrats! You’ll be a $CDS holder!
