**Funnel Cake Recipe**

*Ingredients:*

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Vegetable oil, for frying

*Instructions:*

**1. Heat Oil:**
— In a deep skillet or pot, heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil over medium-high heat to 375°F (190°C).

**2. Prepare Batter:**
— In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated sugar.

**3. Mix Wet Ingredients:**
— In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.

**4. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:**
