This is why a lot of low carb/keto type groups push for adequate protein. Not hundreds of grams at every meal. Eat an appropriate amount for your lean body mass and GNG isn’t a problem. Most people don’t stuff themselves with an entire chicken, 5 steaks, and 3 pork chops at each meal.
I noticed this over the past few weeks, and I didn’t realize it until now. I was shopping for a new phone, and there was something different about a few of the websites. I couldn’t put my finger on it. But reading this article definitely gave me an ah-ha moment! I’m not sure how I feel about though. It is definitely something I will have to think about.
