Cards Ahoy Snowball Showdown Test Events and Rewards Guide
Ahoy! Cards Ahoy is set to commence the Snowball Showdown Test on January 15, 2024, featuring exciting and generous test rewards, including Cards Ahoy Legendary Egg Cards, MEME VIP PASSes, and Genesis Guild privileges from the Metalist Game platform.
Test Period: January 15, 2024, 09:00 am (UTC) to January 29, 2024, 12:00 am (UTC)
Test Platforms: Supported on Android and IOS (Testflight)
Test Format: This is a wipe test but NFTs will be retained; it supports CAC test coins and USDT exchange; the total NFT count will be shared between this test and the open beta. Due to fixed quantities of each card, you’ll receive limited and scarce NFTs in advance.

1. Test User Guide
This test requires experiencing through the Cards Ahoy App client. We’ll provide game download links on our official website and Discord community. Ensure downloading the client from these official sources.
In-game NFT asset trading takes place through the Metalist Wallet. Items within the game can be transferred to the Metalist Wallet for further actions. We recommend activating the Ahoy Ticket early to enjoy the complete gaming experience.
After the test concludes, all in-game user data will not be retained. Players’ NFT assets need to be transferred to the Metalist Wallet for preservation.
2. Overview of Test Content
Compared to the Closed Beta test in November 2023, this test version underwent extensive content updates.
In this version, we’ve placed significant emphasis on building a realistic economic system:
All NFT assets generated within the game will be permanently retained.
The ‘Swap’ section within the Metalist Wallet will support the exchange between CAC test coins and USDT.
The ‘Marketplace’ section within the Metalist Wallet will the transactions between NFTs and USDT.
Experience the latest circulation paths of CAC within the game’s economic system.
3. Event 1: Ladder Ranking Tournament
Event Period: January 15, 09:00 am (UTC) to January 25, 12:00 am (UTC)
Event Reward: MEME VIP PASS NFT (Epic)
Event Rules: Following the conclusion of the first season in this test, the player ranked first on the ladder leaderboard will win the reward.
3.1 How to Participate in the Ladder Ranking Tournament?
(1) Download the Cards Ahoy! App, log in, and input the Ice Key to start the game.
(2) Upon completing the beginner tier, you’ll enter the Bronze tier and unlock the ladder leaderboard.
(3) Engage in ladder matches, continuously winning to improve your ranking on the ladder leaderboard.
3.2 When Will the Reward be Distributed?
We’ll announce the winners after the season ends and distribute the MEME VIP PASS NFT reward within 7 working days.
4. Event 2: Snowlord Battle
Event Period: January 15, 09:00 am (UTC) to January 24, 09:00 am (UTC)
Event Rewards: Metalist Game Genesis Guild Privilege; 3.5 million $CAC
Event Rules: Users obtaining the Snowlord title can create a Snowsquad on the Metalist Game website and invite others to join. The squad must have a minimum of 5 fighters and a maximum of 80. The collective ladder ranking points of all squad members will form the Snowsquad’s power. After the event ends, the Snowlord Battle will rank Snowsquads based on their power:
- The Snowlord of the Snowsquad ranking first in the Snowlord Battle will win the Metalist Game Genesis Guild Privilege.
- The top 10 Snowsquads in the Snowlord Battle will share 3.5 million $CAC.
4.1 How to Participate in the Snowlord Battle?
(1) Stake MEME VIP PASS NFT (From December 28, 2023, to January 2, 2024) to acquire Snowlord title and Ice Keys.
(2) Transfer the Ice Keys to the Snowfighters you wish to recruit on the Cards Ahoy website.
(3) After the start of the Cards Ahoy Snowball Showdown Test (January 15, 2024), create your Snowsquad on the Metalist Game website and invite recruited Snowfighters to join.
(4) Lead the Snowsquad in continuously improving ladder ranking points to enhance the Snowsquad’s power ranking.
4.2 When Will Rewards Be Distributed?
We’ll announce the winning Snowlord and Snowsquads after the first season ends. The Metalist Game Genesis Guild Privilege and $CAC rewards will be distributed in batches after the Cards Ahoy Open Beta. Please stay tuned to our X for specific reward distribution timings.
4.3 Special Notes
All Snowsquads created by Snowlords will be upgraded to Metalist Game Guilds in the future. Guild members will enjoy benefits such as equity boosts and invitation incentives.
In the first 7 days of the season, the Snowlord holds admin rights over their Snowsquad. They can approve or reject requests from other Snowfighters to join the Snowsquad and can remove Snowfighters who have already joined. As the season approaches its end within the last three days, all member relationships within the Snowsquads will be locked and no longer changeable.
Genesis Guild Privilege represents the top-level benefits of the Metalist Game Guild.
All member relationships within Snowsquads will be preserved for future transition to Metalist Game Guilds.
5. Event 3: Trading Tournament
Event Period: January 15th, 09:00 am (UTC) to January 29th, 12:00 am (UTC)
Event Rewards: 3 Golden Legendary Miracle Eggs, 10 Legendary Miracle Eggs, 3 Golden Epic Miracle Eggs, 10 Epic Miracle Eggs
Event Rules: During the testing period, all players who have engaged in transactions within the Metalist Wallet’s Marketplace are eligible to participate in the Trading Volume Ranking. After the end of Season 1, trading any card will receive a 2x bonus. For example, on January 27th, George bought a Pumpkin (Legendary) card for 100 USDT and sold a Poison card for 40 USDT. His Legendary card trading amount for that day would be 200 USDT, and the total trading amount would be 280 USDT.

6. Details on Retaining NFT Assets and Server Wipe
After the conclusion of the Cards Ahoy Snowball Showdown test, all the Box NFTs and card NFTs stored in the Metalist Wallet will be retained but will no longer be tradable or withdrawable to external wallets. Following the test’s end, there will be a 3-day period for test players to transfer their assets, ensuring that all in-game NFT assets are transferred to the Metalist Wallet by February 1st, 2024, 12:00 am (UTC).
The game servers will shut down after February 1st, 2024, at 12:00 am (UTC), and all data related to test player accounts within the game will be wiped. You can view the NFT assets retained during the test in ‘My Assets’ within the Metalist Wallet.
