Students achieve better results when they have an open and free environment. Extracurricular activities are one of the reasons why we encourage them at City University College of Ajman. Students can use their leisure time to engage in cultural and scientific societies and thus develop their many talents and abilities. Students are also encouraged to get to know one another in the friendly atmosphere of the CEC. The purpose of a student society is to bring students together and motivate them to participate in academic activities that enrich students’ lives. Almost every academic department has such a society. Consequently, academic departments organize lectures, hold cultural and book exhibitions, celebrate national holidays, and support intramural sports.
