Career and business coaches needed for online coaching network — location flexible
Think Uber meets coaching. CareerWave is disrupting the coaching industry with its technology-driven, online career and business coaching service that is highly effective and available anywhere, anytime at much more affordable prices than “brick and mortar” coaches. All coaching is performed through the online platform, which uses the latest research in learning, education and cognitive science to provide a world-class client experience. CareerWave’s focuses are talent development, leadership for mid-level and junior managers, and career exploration.
The Opportunity
CareerWave is looking for coaches who are interested in joining its network of coaches on a contract basis. Coaching volume will be variable as the business ramps, and all coaches are free to cap their commitment at whatever level makes sense for them. Coaching can be done from anywhere (in your pajamas!), and the technology handles the routine and mundane work, freeing the coaches to focus on helping clients. Coaches can maintain their own separate clients if they like.
We are looking for outstanding coaches who are comfortable with technology and excited to change the future of the industry. Minimum of 2 years coaching experience and relevant coaching certification.
