What the Human Approach means for CargoSprint

Over our 10 years of working in the cargo industry, we have learned the importance of a human approach both inside and outside the company, making this a core value in our daily lives.

We recently talked about the importance of human-centered communication in the cargo industry and how this practice can have a positive impact when working with others. Prioritizing kindness and respect when talking to people can make us stand out from the rest and take our customer service to the next level.

As a company that works closely with different types of businesses within this industry, we have seen this type of communication be well received. With this in mind, we’ve decided to tell you how we put this into practice with our different products, hoping this will give you a better understanding of how we all can implement this within our businesses.

The Human Approach inside CargoSprint

In CargoSprint, our goal is to develop solutions that help make people’s lives and work simpler and more enjoyable. Beyond this, our team is always looking to make the most of the relationships we create and develop with the people we work with externally by getting involved in the process as much as we can.

With SprintPass, our pickup and drop-off system for cargo facilities, GHAs, trucking companies and freight forwarders, we enjoy the process of setting up and training our customers’ teams. Ensuring we listen and understand daily challenges and create a real connection that will help us deliver a better experience for all our customers. We love hearing people’s thoughts, giving every voice an opportunity to be heard and finding a way to adapt our system, to enhance and improve one’s daily experience. Our concierge service is always available to listen and work according to our customer’s needs, and that’s what we call a “Boots on the Ground” approach.

Similarly, with SprintPay, our human approach comes in the services we offer our customers and the positivity of our teams, always ready to help. Whether you talk to a SprintPay representative, a support team member, or a product owner, we always strive to provide you the help needed and make the work easier for you.

We strive to develop strong relationships with our customers and partners.

Finally, we believe a human-centered approach starts from within, and we translate that to getting to know each and every one of our employees, recognizing their hard work and celebrating their achievements.

In CargoSprint we are not just a company, we are a community, and we work every day to let our team know what that means, caring about them and helping them grow and learn both professionally and personally.

We certainly aren’t perfect, but we work hard each day to be the best version of ourselves we can offer you, our customers, because we believe you deserve it.
