Placencia named “Overseas Haven for Americans” by International Living

Since March 2020, International Living has been advising to “get your ducks in a row; to do your research about where you might want to live or spend time overseas, to narrow down your options; and to put a plan in place for a trip to go exploring.” Now, you can actually go. Belize reopened officially to leisurely travel on October 1, and it made this short list of Overseas Havens for Americans by International Living. As one of five, the short list is of tried-and-true, good-value expat havens where Americans coming from the U.S. can travel today. Although travel restrictions may change, its important to keep updated with government updates and the like.
