Thanks! Great article from the real design world working life. I think its obvious that the collective knowledge and experience you have at your company/workplace is sufficient inorder to tackle a problem before a user research phase. However Its a dangerous game as corporate history is full of cases in which companies have skipped ahead to not knowing that a paradigm shift has happen. Its like running in a minefield after you have done it a few times you know what paths to take without geting blown up… until there are new mines:)
What really comes to mined is “rapid prototyping” do you guys do anything like that a AJ&Smart?
Also I love the diss on Personas, which is the most usles assumption crap ever to walk in a design process:)
