HIgh speed internet access is not a cadillac problem. Lack of internet is causing economic stagnation in the hilltowns. I know as a hilltown realtor that decent internet is a requirement of many households. It is more than enjoying facebook or downloading movies, it is about running a small business or working from home which is a necessary backbone for economic growth in the hilltowns.
