Altassian Acquired Trello for $425 Million

Altassian has acquired project management software competitor Trello for $425 million. Altassian produces JIRA, another project management software and Confluence, a business analysis software. This acquisition will strengthen Altassian’s market position. It will be even more dominant of a player in the project management space. Altassian’s having JIRA and now, Trello, will have considerable leverage against Asana and Slack.
