Project Management Minute Podcast — Closing Domain
In this Project Management Minute podcast episode focuses on the monitoring and controlling domain. This is the fourth episode of the domain series. Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) defines the closing domain as ‘consisting of those processes performed to conclude all activities across all project domains to formally complete the project, phase, or contractual obligations.
There are two project management processes in the closing domain:
- Close phase or project
- Close procurements
