I agree with the other respondent. That parameter you calculated means absolutely nothing. The .55% figure may be best compared to the percent of students at Penn (or in Wharton) that actively support Trump.

There was Penn for Trump Facebook page in September that collected about 70 likes (some of them, including mine, I presume to be ironic). The real membership of this club was, generously, at most 10. Even using the generous figure of 70 supporters for Trump, the relative frequency of support for Trump from Penn students is .0028 (<.0055). This number is higher than it should be, because it excludes faculty and uses an inflated number.

Anywho, the group quickly disbanded once Trump declared that he would bar all Muslims from entering the US. The number you should be comparing .0055 to is 0.

You should ask people with statistics majors, but I’m sure an engineer could still point out where your interpretations are lacking.
