I read this article now that I have been lifting weights for over a year now. 1 year and 2 months to be exact.
I’ve been nodding my head as I read through your points. Totally agree with everything.
And, thanks for the routine! I’ll switch things up a bit and follow the upper and lower split 3 day version. Works for my schedule!
