Why Modern Relationships Are Falling Apart So Easy

As we grow older, technology is becoming powerful making our lives easier and more enjoyable.

We live in a society where we spend most of our time on social media. Social media platforms like Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter are constantly changing our ways to interact with one another.

Sooner or later you’ll realize that you’re already living inside the matrix. We are so busy looking at our mobile phones that we forget the one thing that’s connecting us.

And what’s that number one thing?

Presence. It’s all about being present!

Lack of being present with each other especially in those important, magical moment in your lives is the leading cause of downfall in a relationship. It’s 100% accurate.

Try to observe when you walk into the park, mall or in a restaurant you’ll see some beautiful couples around physically present with each other but on the other side, they’re not connected emotionally because they’re too busy scrolling down Facebook posts on their phones. Their mind is flying somewhere.

“Realize deeply that the present moment is all you ever have” -Eckhart Tolle

Sounds traditional? Yes it is…This is what you must learn. Try and go talk to some older couples you’ve known and they’ll give you the same timeless advice you must hear for a successful relationship. That’s their secret.

Focus only on what’s important. Every couple must understand that living in the present moment together is the ultimate key for a healthy, stronger relationship. A poor communication will lead to bland and boring life.

Always remember, A relationship is a two-way street not a way road. Learn the art of presence because that’s the best gift you can give to your partner.

Until then…

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?
