I couldn’t avoid relating the RAT concept to FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis). “The purpose of FMEA is to take actions to eliminate or reduce failures, starting with the higher priority ones. There is Design FMEA (DFMEA) and Process FMEA (PFMEA)”.

Seems both concepts share the same (Quality-related) DNA… What do you think?
