I Failed … now what ?

I wake up late,
I fail to deliver my work on time,
I’m so busy I can’t workout today.
This type of situations happens to everybody once in a while. The way you react to these situations will completely change the outcome of your life. It’s so hard to build a habit. You have to do the same thing every single day for a long period of time. Then that thing will become easier to do than not to do. On the other hand, it’s really easy to destroy something that took you months to build. So it’s really important that when you fall off the horse, you have to get back on as fast you can so you can minimize the damage of your mistake.
If you wake up late.
Please don’t think: OK! I will work all day and night!
Instead, you should work harder during the time you have to work and plan for the next day without failing.
If you can’t work out for any reason
Make sure you exercise the next day. Don’t say something like:
I will wait for Monday… it’s a fresh week.
That type of mentality will ruin your life.
So the advice is:
Don’t try to put extra hours of work to compensate your mistakes. Usually, will stress you and make you less productive.
Make sure you get back to your routine as fast as you can.
