After many successful years working as a performer in the industry, Carlos Keyes shifted his focus to the business side. Today, he serves as the President of Red Entertainment Agency, one of the leading talent and booking agencies in New York City.

Carlos Keyes got his start in the talent industry as an International Booking Agent with Pyramid Entertainment, where he oversaw all international show bookings for a roster that included pop stars such as Gladys Knight, Kool & the Gang, and Men at Work. Under his direction, the company has grown into one of the premier agencies in the industry, representing mega-selling artists such as Chaka Khan, Cutting Crew, and Dionne Warwick.

Carlos Keyes has developed and organized a number of successful tours and festivals with Red Entertainment, including the Regeneration Tour. This wildly popular 20-city tour featured artists from the 1980s, including Belinda Carlisle, The Human League, ABC, Naked Eyes, and A Flock of Seagulls.
