#3 RoadToSuccess: Looking into the future

Where is the world going? What are people’s future needs? These are some of the questions that came through my mind when I think about what I want to offer to the world. As we said in the previous chapter we are going to focus our efforts on the services business, so let’s go deep into this area.

What kind of services could I offer?

• Standard Services: you need them in your day-to-day, some examples are telephony, management, water, gas, electricity, and telecommunication services, …There are a lot of alternatives here, just think about what are you using every day.
• Specific activities or by project: to satisfy a specific need such as design, programming, personnel selection, or business consultancy.
• Experiences as a service: you combine some intangible service with a tangible product such as restaurants, nightclubs, cinemas, hotels, or any dealer who also offers installation or repair services.

Now with most of the alternatives, in the next chapter, we will highlight our strengths and weaknesses to make the best choice.
