Thanks for your comment! Probably the biggest error that companies make is to underestimate how difficult it really is to integrate two companies. The notion that there will be synergy rarely happens. Usually the acquiring company rules and the fallout is that people from the acquired company feel mislead on one hand or realize on the other hand that there are too many cultural differences… so they abandon ship.
