I did my thing yesterday which was to try to appeal a double charge from a $12 gift shop purchase earlier this month. Gave up on the customer service phone line and tried again online. They’ve already messaged me that they need my receipt, which I faxed to them yesterday. So I’m sure this will take more time than $12 is worth. I’m very grumpy with the store.
