Should We All Switch To Credit Unions?
Ester Bloom

I love my credit union. The issue of “better rates” hasn’t really been a factor for me, but initially I switched because Wachovia was driving me bonkers with constant fees (even incorrectly levied fees) that I then had to hassle over. My credit union has not once charged me a weird fee. They reimburse me for fees from non-branch ATMs (covers about 4 withdraws per month). They have EXCELLENT customer service — in branch, online, on the phone. I save so much time and stress with this alone.
