Today was Krishna’s birthday. Krishna is an incarnation of Vishnu. Vishnu is the ‘Preserver,’ and one of the holy trinity — Vishnu, Shiva, and Brahma.

We left work early (some other teams had the day off) to go to the Hindu temple and watch the celebration. As the only foreigners in town, we were quite the attraction at the temple.

And we went to a museum with sculptures of Indian gods from 1000 years ago.
