What to Expect at Scott Yancey Events

Scott Yancey along with his wife Amie achieved renown from A & E’s television show “Flipping Vegas.” Scott himself is an expert real estate investor with nearly 30 years experience in the industry. His wife helped him flip properties for profit in the Las Vegas area. He specialized in finding the properties and she specialized in decorating them with her talents as an interior design.

Scott got his start in real estate at the age of 14 when he made an investment with an insurance settlement. During college he worked for a major real estate attorney and began investing in apartment complexes, one of which he turned into a condominium successfully. Later on, he was involved in many land deals which he turned into subdivisions for retail store developers.

After his success with retail stores, he went on to form his own company in Las Vegas called Goliath Company. He and Amie gained renown flipping properties in Las Vegas together in 2008 after forming the company. Soon, they got the attention of A&E and starred in their reality show from 2011 to 2014. The show was popular because of Scott’s knowledge as well as his temperamental personality.

Today they work together at Scott and Amie Yancey Events where they give seminars all throughout United States to educate people who want to learn how to be serious real estate investors. Some people have wondered if this is a scam, but in general most people who attend appreciate their time. They all appreciate having learned a great deal about how to invest in real estate, how to build wealth, and how to prepare for retirement.
