- Write some lyrics from the heart. Use some scratch paper and write down what you are feeling and thinking in a way that sounds beautiful and has a beat.
- Use the voice recorder on your phone or tablet to record the lyrics part of the song.
- Email yourself the recording.
- Download the recording onto your computer from your email.
- Use Bandlab, the free version.
- Create a new project.
- Add your lyric recording track to the project.
- Add a vocal enhancer if you want or any other effects you like.
- Adjust the volume.
- Use Bandlab’s sounds to create a beat mix set of tracks that goes with your lyrics and is the right length of time. You can filter the search results of Bandlab’s sounds to find what you need faster.
- If you want you can add digital instruments, etc. to the music track to make the music that goes with the lyrics.
- Keep in mind your genre.
- Adjust the volume of the music tracks.
- Add effects if necessary.
- Move the red bar at the top of the studio screen across the length of the music to make sure you save your whole project.
- Name your project.
- Play the whole song through at least once. Listen carefully to make sure that you are happy with it.
- Save the project.
- Publish the project if you want.
- Exit out of studio.
- Download your wav file or whatever type of file that you need.
- Your song is done!
