Letting go to Grow :
An executive I currently coach came with the need to manage time better, and as the process unraveled - the fear of letting go & delegation as linked needs emerged.
We have to create space to grow by letting old habits go.
Especially ones that aren't serving our purpose, offering a sense of fulfillment and the ones we aren't deeply connecting with. ( You'll know the feeling, no ? )
Create habits that work for you.
Sure. Its a process. Because just as you create space you will have simultaneous fears of
Who am I ( without those old habits ?)
What will I do ( without those old habits)
Will I recognize myself ( without those old habits)
The Art and Gift of Imagination:
Free yourself of the limits that stop you, that keep your eyes on what you can see.
When we give time to time, our minds will begin to shift to visualize beyond what we know and what us familiar, but not serving us. We shift our vision onto goals that are fulfilling and resonate.
Practice :
Envisioning is only the first step. But to strengthen this process, taking action over and over again builds and reinforces why this shift ( change ) is necessary.
Let go of old ineffectiveness for high impact ones.
Let go. Let go. Grow.
