Hi Nir,
I follow your work for quite some time now. It’s really interesting. I read your book, watched a lot of videos and studied several articles about the topic. I’m still wondering. What about hyprid companies? Right now our core product is a place the customer have to go to use it. Furthermore we are working on diffrent digital touchpoints like an app. My colleagues and I are discussing whether there is a way to use the hook model in this context. The biggest impediment seems to be the fact that for building a habit every time the customer has to invest time and energy to come to us. With YouTube and Co it seems to be simple. I’m bored so I open the app and browse for videos to watch. Everything happens in a short time. With us between the trigger moment and the action a lot of time passes by.
What’s your opinion in this case? Do you have any advice for us?
Best regards
Caro
