Lemon water—it’s nothing and everything
Jason Theodor

Yes! That is a great way to describe what our everyday rituals do for us, that no matter what the world send our way, we have this. It is comforting to be able to control something! I like what Elizabeth Gilbert had to say about lemons: “If life gives you lemons, don’t settle for simply making lemonade – make a glorious scene at a lemonade stand.”

Now I just have to find a lemonade stand to make a glorious scene at – a difficult thing to do during a Canadian winter.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
