so has an investigation been done to see how the states handle the money they are already getting frm EPA///also republicans possibly have a history of if a liberal suggests it something must be wrong with it remember the last years of congress when obama was president///also states and their politicians get into budget problems and they start chopping welfare/food stamps/education and now possible access to all that EPA money?
