Starting an online business is a dream for many people. I always wanted a business where I could sell products that I use myself. Affiliate marketing was another way but I am not comfortable with those small commissions anymore. I mean I do love doing affiliate marketing but sometimes.. I feel like starting a real business. Where I stock a small inventory and customize my favorite products according to my customer’s needs.

And that idea led me to start dropshipping. I saw someone on YouTube making full-time income dropshipping scrunchies. If they can do it so can we, right?

I started with small-priced products but later shifting to higher ones was better because the energy and time for both is actually the same.

What exactly is high-ticket drop shipping?

When starting out with low-priced products they are usually in the range of $10 — $100.

But when I say high-ticket the products are $300 and above. Because real money is in here. This also means that I have to pay attention to the quality of the products.

So whenever I say higher price I am also talking about the quality of the products. We don’t need a return right?

Best High-ticket dropshipping products

This is what I consider top products when you need to make maximum profits.

  • Jewelry — In this niche, you can go for rings, earnings (top earners), also for necklaces that sell next to earnings the most.
  • Outdoor equipment — Tents and sleeping bags are the best
  • Furniture — If you want to make the most in this niche then dining sets are the best
  • Electronics — Speakers and headphones will never fail you

How to start high-ticket dropshipping in simple steps

  1. Perform competitive research — Research as much as possible. For me the best place is Amazon. See what’s trending. Also, Etsy is the best place for women-related products.
  2. Choose a dropshipping supplier — There are many online platforms where you can see products and their wholesalers. I will soon make an article on this.
  3. Set up your e-commerce store — There are many options out there. Many go for Shopify but remember that’s not the only option you have.
  4. Market and sell your high-ticket products — My best platform is Instagram and TikTok. This has never failed me to this date.

How to choose high-ticket dropshipping products

  • Price range — I have only a few high-ticket products. the range is usually around #400 to $500. Remember, if you increase cost you’ll sell fewer products. But more profits.
  • Availability — Do this first seriously. I got an order for the out-of-stock product!

Definitely!!! Low ticket sells more but high-ticket products make more profit! Make sure you don’t go beyond $300 and you will be fine.

Sometimes the sales can be slow. i have seen weeks with no sales. But this is relevant with any business out there!

How do I choose a high-ticket dropshipping niche?

I went for products for women because I understand the market better. I will advise you to go for the niche that you have interest in.
