I like how you added carrots to the mix as a part of you culture. I had not heard of carrots being in a batter before. Did it affect the batter texture at all?

I wish that your brainstorming ideas photo was under the Idea Generation subtitle. It was a bit confusing to see it directly after reading your recipe.

What if you made your subtitles stick out more? In some sections I had to search for them because they flowed right into the text of that section.
