A brief Introduction

First post to get acquainted 

This is our first post to Medium. We are excited about the potential of this new platform and are pleased to have gotten the invite to get on board. As a brief introduction Cartweaver is an eCommerce application used by web designers and developers to add eCommerce to their web sites. We have been deeply involved in the Adobe and before that Macromedia development community and have long enjoyed being part of such a vibrant progressive community. We will share what we learn from this community and about eCommerce in general here, hope you enjoy and can use what we have to share. What about Cartweaver? Rather than try to say anything ourselves, we’d rather share what a user just posted on our Facebook page.

I spent over 100 hours researching shopping cart applications before I purchased Cartweaver a few years ago. I was amazed at what a great product it was then and continues to be as more and more great features are added. It is a very user friendly program with tons of extras (with more being added on a regular basis) but I want to point out JUST ONE of the MANY areas where Cartweaver shines brighter than any other software application I’ve ever purchased (well over $10,000 dollars worth so far) and that is their customer support. It absolutely amazes me how quick they are to reply to any questions asked and the lengths they will go to in helping me to resolve any issues I might be having. The Cartweaver Community is also the best I’ve ever encountered. There are so many friendly people there willing to help out by sharing their knowledge and some times even there own custom coding solutions. And get this!!!…(unless you are asking them to help you recode Cartweaver to make a custom application for yourself)..CARTWEAVER CUSTOMER SUPPORT FREE!!! I have been very disappointed lately that so many software developers are charging a fee to support their own products ( a practice that does not exactly instill faith in the application). At Cartweaver you get top level priority support at no extra charge. If you are considering purchasing a completely finished (turnkey) shopping cart website from someone because you’re worried that you may not be knowledgeable enough to implement Cartweaver into your own website…fear not. I have no doubt that you will get all the help you need and with the extra added bonus that you can use Cartweaver over and over again at no extra charge.They also have a ready to go shopping cart website template that you can use if you wish. You may think after reading such high praise for Cartweaver that I work for them…but I don’t. I am just a very satisfied customer. The people at Cartweaver have been so good to me that I wanted to give back a little by taking the time to share my experience. “
