You make a fair point that you made the adjustment in your life where you could control your time. I found that rest is the single most important thing my life is missing. That is what I need most and that is what I have to take back when and where I can. Then I schedule in time for the other things that I have to give to myself such as time for family and friends and exercise. And that is what I do, I schedule it. When it works for me. Not when all the yogi’s think all are at their best.
I am an exercise-induced asthmatic and it is about 50 times worse in the morning. So, I exercise later in the day. I truly wish I was a bright-eyed and bushy tailed person in the morning. I am just not.
It is frustrating to read all these get up early and all will be right with the world posts knowing, I tried and it didn’t take.
