Surely the three most interesting types of statistical charts are three: the bar chart, the pie chart and the histogram.
The bar chart is used to represent qualitative data types. This allows you to compare quantity frequencies etc..

The bars are organized in order of frequency, so that the categories with the highest frequency are put in the foreground. The bars can be vertical or horizontal, this arrangement allows you to immediately understand which are the most important categories.
The histogram, like the previous graph, also uses the bars. However, this type of graph is used to represent quantitative data types. Also in this case the frequency is represented by the height of the bar while, being in this case the data collected in classes, the bars will have variable width according to the width of the class.

In the end we talk about the pie chart, this type of diagram, as the histogram is used to represent qualitative data.

This diagram is named after its shape. Each “slice” of the cake represents a different class. The larger the slice size, the higher the percentage covered by the class. In this way, looking at the composition of the cake you can compare the amount of data that make up the categories.
